How much does it cost to work with a Realtor?

There is a very common misnomer out there and I wanted to make sure you had the correct information.

A lot of times buyers think it is their responsibility and obligation to pay or compensate their Realtor for the services provided when in fact that is 100% not the case. In our office we are compensated 100% of the time by the seller. This is something that is pre-negotiated and posted prior to a home coming onto the market.

Just wanted to make sure you were aware, as sometimes we have found buyers do not obtain representation soon enough out of fear of the potential costs. Additionally, we can also help you purchase a BRAND NEW HOME at no cost to you as well!
